Online conference registration will be available January 2009, so keep checking back for details.   Registration is open to anyone studying, working in or interested in the fields of film, video, or any visual media.  Layaway and student rates and industry membership discounts are available.  



About the Conference

The Georgia BIG PICTURE Conference (GABPC) consists of two days of workshops, panel discussions and seminars on topics of basic training and professional development designed for students and newcomers to the film and video production industry in Georgia.  Topics range from directing, acting, screenwriting, production assistant training, and editing to networking, film financing, animation and music publishing.

In the 2007 GABPC, we added the BIG PICTURE AWARDS, where we recognized the contributions of Georgia educators in film, television and theatre.  Award winners included Bob Harter and Della Cole of Sketchworks Theatre and Filmmaker Tyler Perry.  We accept nominations to award one high school instructor, one college professor and one or more industry professionals.  Details will be available at www.gabpc.com in summer of 2008 so check back for details!
